What's e-Points?

E-Points Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

  1. The e-points system is an online business tool to facilitate data collection, promotion, marketing, and incentive rewards to Panasonic Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s (“Panasonic Malaysia”) customers.
  2. Upon successful registration as a Club Panasonic member (“Member”), Members may commence earning e-points from purchases made only via Panasonic Malaysia’s Online Store which is also commonly referred to as Club Panasonic.
  3. Non-Members, Panasonic Malaysia and Panasonic Group employees are not eligible to earn e-points.
  4. Panasonic Malaysia’s dealers as well as any sub-dealers thereof are not eligible to earn e-points.
  5. Panasonic Malaysia’s partners are eligible to earn e-points.
  6. The e-points are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, credit or any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.
  7. E-points from one Club Panasonic account cannot be combined with e-points from another Club Panasonic account.
  8. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion increase or decrease the value of e-points from time to time without prior notice to the Members.
  9. The e-points shall only be valid for thirty (36) months from the date of issuance of the e-points. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be held responsible if the Members do not utilise the e-points for whatsoever reason.
  10. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period for any expired e-points.

  12. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to a Member, revoke the e-points earned for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, where the e-points have been issued to the Member in error.
  13. Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to hold the issuance of e-points until the transaction, including payment, is completed and the purchased product(s) is not returned, cancelled or refunded.
  14. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be liable for the failure to credit the e-points into the Member’s account by reason of any Act of God, war, strike, breakdown or disruption of any internet/network connectivity or any other causes beyond Panasonic Malaysia’s control and which Panasonic Malaysia is unable to prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence.
  15. By signing up as a Member, the Members hereby give their voluntary consent for Panasonic Malaysia to collect, record, store/hold and process their personal data solely for the purpose thereof. The Members agree that Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to share their personal data with the members of Panasonic Group of Companies. The Members understand that they may update, correct, change or withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data contained herein by contacting Panasonic Malaysia at ccc@my.panasonic.com / 03-79537606 .   16. In the event Panasonic Malaysia discovers that a Member has overused/overutilized the e-points, the Member shall upon demand by Panasonic Malaysia pay to Panasonic Malaysia the overused/overutilized amount within seven (7) days from the date of such notice.
  17. The e-points intellectual property rights shall be vested with Panasonic Malaysia. All published materials (printed or electronic), visual/audio images, display items permanent or temporary shall not be republished, reproduced or imitated without the written consent of Panasonic Malaysia.
  18. Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to request for additional documents such as official receipts and photographs of products to verify the validity of purchases. 
  19. The Members are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.
  20. In the event of any dispute whatsoever with regards to the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Panasonic Malaysia shall be final, conclusive and binding.
  21. Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to revise, amend, vary and/or change the terms and conditions herein any time from time to time without prior notice.

MECHANICS FOR EARNING OF E-POINTS

A member is eligible to earn e-points for every online purchase made in Club Panasonic.

 

Total e-points earned  = Product Selling Price (RM) x 5

RM1.00 spent  = 5 e-points

Value of 1 e-point  = RM0.01

 

 

Example:

Product selling price   = RM1,000.00.

e-Points earned  = 5,000 (RM1,000 x 5)

E-Points value  = RM50 (5,000 e-points x RM0.01)

 

 

1.e-Points earned (if any) are shown and can be redeemed (shown as an option) during checkout.
2.In the event e-vouchers are utilised to purchase any product(s) on Club Panasonic, e-points earned will be calculated based on the checkout total amount.
3.In the event any product(s) is purchased at a discounted or promotional price, e-points earned will be calculated based on the checkout total amount.
