Birthday E-Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Only Club Panasonic members (“Members”) will be entitled to enjoy their RM100 birthday e-vouchers with a minimum spend of RM500 in a single transaction via the Panasonic Online Store, also commonly referred as Club Panasonic.
- Panasonic Malaysia and Panasonic Group employees are not entitled to receive birthday e-vouchers.
- The birthday e-vouchers are valid one (1) month from the date of the Member’s birthday.
- The birthday e-vouchers are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, credit or any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.
- The birthday e-vouchers are not valid to be utilized on top of any other promotional vouchers or e-campaign code[TK1] [PPYH2] .[PPYH3]
- Monthly new registration shall only be valid within the first week of every month. Registration made after first week of each month will only be entitled for redemption for subsequent birthday on the following year.[TK4]
- Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion increase or decrease the amount for the birthday e-vouchers redeemable from time to time without prior notice to the Members.
- Panasonic Malaysia shall not be held responsible if the Members do not utilise the birthday e-vouchers for whatsoever reason.
- There shall be no extension of time for the validity period for any expired birthday e-vouchers.
- Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to a Member, reject the Member’s request to utilise the birthday e-voucher for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, where[PPYH5]
- The birthday e-voucher has been issued to the Member in error; or
- Panasonic Malaysia reasonably believes [PPYH6] that the utilisation of the birthday e-voucher may be suspicious, illegal, involves any criminal activity.
- Panasonic Malaysia shall not be liable for the failure to credit the birthday e-voucher into the Member’s account by reason of any Act of God, war, strike, breakdown or disruption of any internet/network connectivity or any other causes beyond Panasonic Malaysia’s control and which Panasonic Malaysia is unable to prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence.
- By signing up as a Member, the Members hereby give their voluntary consent for Panasonic Malaysia to collect, record, store/hold and process their personal data solely for the purpose thereof. The Members agree that Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to share their personal data with the members of Panasonic Group of Companies. The Members understand that they may update, correct, change or withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data contained herein by contacting Panasonic Malaysia at at ccc@my.panasonic.com / 03-79537606 . - In the event Panasonic Malaysia discovers that a Member has overused/overutilized the e-vouchers, the Member shall upon demand by Panasonic Malaysia pay to Panasonic Malaysia the overused/overutilized amount within seven (7) days from the date of such notice.
- The Members are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.
- In the event of any dispute whatsoever with regards to the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Panasonic Malaysia shall be final, conclusive and binding.
- Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to revise, amend, vary and/or change the terms and conditions herein any time from time to time without prior notice
