TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Upon successful registration as a Club Panasonic member (“Member”), a RM10 activation e-voucher will be credited into the Member’s account.
  2. Members will be entitled to enjoy this activation e-voucher via the Panasonic Online Store with no minimum spend.
  3. The activation e-voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance.
  4. The activation e-voucher is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, credit or any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.
  5. The activation e-voucher may be utilized on top of any other promotional vouchers or e-campaign code.
  6. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion increase or decrease the amount for the activation e-voucher redeemable from time to time without prior notice to the Member.
  7. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be held responsible if Members do not utilise the activation e-voucher for whatsoever reason.
  8. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period for any unused/expired activation e-vouchers.  
  9. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to a Member, reject the Member’s request to utilise the activation e-voucher for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, where 
    1. The activation e-voucher has been issued to the Member in error; or
    2. Panasonic Malaysia reasonably believes that the utilisation of the activation e-voucher may be suspicious, illegal, involves any criminal activity.
  10. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be liable for the failure to credit the activation e-voucher into the Member’s account by reason of any Act of God, war, strike, breakdown or disruption of any internet/network connectivity or any other causes beyond Panasonic Malaysia’s control and which Panasonic Malaysia is unable to prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence.
  11. By signing up as a Member, the Members hereby give their voluntary consent for Panasonic Malaysia to collect, record, store/hold and process their personal data solely for the purpose thereof. The Members agree that Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to share their personal data with the members of Panasonic Group of Companies. The Members understand that they may update, correct, change or withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data contained herein by contacting Panasonic Malaysia at at ccc@my.panasonic.com / 03-79537606 .   12. In the event Panasonic Malaysia discovers that Members have overused/overutilized the e-vouchers, the Members shall upon demand by Panasonic Malaysia pay to Panasonic Malaysia the overused/overutilized amount within seven (7) days from the date of such notice.
  13. The Members are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.
  14. In the event of any dispute whatsoever with regards to the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Panasonic Malaysia shall be final, conclusive and binding.
  15. Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to revise, amend, vary and/or change the terms and conditions herein any time from time to time without prior notice.

  1. First Time Purchase E-Voucher Terms & Conditions
    Upon successful registration as a Club Panasonic member (“Member”), a RM50 first time purchase e-voucher will be credited into the Member’s account.
  2. Members will be entitled to enjoy this first-time purchase e-voucher with a minimum spend of RM300 in a single transaction via the Panasonic Online Store, also commonly referred as Club Panasonic.
  3. The first-time purchase e-voucher is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance.
  4. The first-time purchase e-voucher is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, credit or any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.
  5. The first-time purchase e-voucher is not valid to be utilized on top of any other promotional vouchers or e-campaign code.
  6. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion increase or decrease the amount for the first-time purchase e-voucher redeemable from time to time without prior notice to the Members.

  2. Panasonic Malaysia and Panasonic Group employees are not entitled to receive birthday e-vouchers.  
  3. The birthday e-vouchers are valid one (1) month from the date of the Member’s birthday.
  4. The birthday e-vouchers are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, credit or any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.
  5. The birthday e-vouchers are not valid to be utilized on top of any other promotional vouchers or e-campaign code.
  6. Monthly new registration shall only be valid within the first week of every month. Registration made after first week of each month will only be entitled for redemption for subsequent birthday on the following year.
  7. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion increase or decrease the amount for the birthday e-vouchers redeemable from time to time without prior notice to the Members.
  8. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be held responsible if the Members do not utilise the birthday e-vouchers for whatsoever reason.

  10. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to a Member, reject the Member’s request to utilise the birthday e-voucher for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, where
