TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Upon successful registration as a Club Panasonic member ("Member"), a RM10 activation e voucher will be credited into the Member's account.
  2. Members will be entitled to enjoy this activation e-voucher via the Panasonic Online Store with no minimum spend.
  3. The activation e-voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance.
  4. The activation e-voucher is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, creditor any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.
  5. The activation e-voucher may be utilized on top of any other promotional vouchers or e-campaign code, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's own terms.
  6. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion increase or decrease the amount for the activation e-voucher redeemable from time to time without prior notice to the Members.
  7. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be held responsible if Members do not utilise the activation e-voucher for whatsoever reason.
  8. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period for any unused/expired activation e-vouchers.
  9. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to a Member, reject the Member's request to utilise the activation e-voucher for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, where
    i. The activation e-voucher has been issued to the Member in error; or
    ii. Panasonic Malaysia reasonably believes that the utilisation of the activation e-voucher may be suspicious, illegal, involves any criminal activity.
  10. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be liable for the failure to credit the activation e-voucher into the Member's account by reason of any Act of God, war, strike, breakdown or disruption of any internet/network connectivity or any other causes beyond Panasonic Malaysia's control and which Panasonic Malaysia is unable to prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence.
  11. By signing up as a Member, the Members hereby give their voluntary consent for Panasonic Malaysia to collect, record, store/hold and process their personal data for the purposes of administering the membership programme, providing benefits, marketing, communicating offers, and other purposes in accordance with Panasonic Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Notice. The Members agree that Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to share their personal data with the members of Panasonic Group of Companies.

  13.   14. The Members are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.

  15. In the event of any dispute whatsoever with regards to the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Panasonic Malaysia shall be final, conclusive and binding.

  16. Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to revise, amend, vary and/or change the terms and conditions herein any time from time to time without prior notice.

  17. Panasonic Malaysia and Panasonic Group employees and partners are not entitled to receive this activation e-voucher.

  1. The e-points system is an online business tool to facilitate data collection, promotion, marketing, and incentive rewards to Panasonic Malaysia Sdn Bd's ("Panasonic Malaysia") customers.

  2. Upon successful registration as a Club Panasonic member ("Member"), Members may commence earning e-points from purchases made only via Panasonic Malaysia's Online Store which is also commonly referred to as Club Panasonic.

  3. Non-Members, Panasonic Malaysia and Panasonic Group employees and partners are not eligible to earn e-points.

  4. The e-points are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, credit or any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.

  5. E-points from one Club Panasonic account cannot be combined with e-points from another Club Panasonic account.

  6. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion increase or decrease the value of e-points from time to time without prior notice to the Members.

  7. The e-points shall only be valid for thirty six (36) months from the date of issuance of the e-points.

  8. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be held responsible if the Members do not utilise the e-points for any reason.

  9. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period for any expired e-points.

  10. To check number of e-points earned to-date, members may navigate to the profile page and click on 'E-Points'.

  11. Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to a Member, revoke the 5X E-points earned for any reason, including without limitation, where the e-points have been issued to the Member in error.

  12. Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to hold the issuance of e-points until the transaction, including payment, is completed and the purchased products) is not returned, cancelled or refunded.

  13. Panasonic Malaysia shall not be liable for the failure to credit the e-points into the Member's account by reason of any Act of God, war, strike, breakdown or disruption of any internet/network connectivity or any other causes beyond Panasonic Malaysia's control and which Panasonic Malaysia is unable to prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence.

  18. Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to request for additional documents such as official receipts and photographs of products to verify the validity of purchases.

  19. The Members are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.

MECHANICS FOR EARNING OF E-POINTS

Members are eligible to earn e-Points for every online purchase made on Club Panasonic. 

e-points Calculation Formula: 

Total e-points earned = Checkout Product Price (RM) × 5 

Earning Rate: 

RM1 spent = 5 e-points 

Redemption Value: 

1 e-point = RM0.01 

Example Calculation: 

Checkout Product Price = RM1,000 

e-points earned = 5,000 (RM1,000 × 5) 

e-points value = RM50 (5,000 × RM0.01) 

 

i. Any e-points earned (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout and can be redeemed as a payment option during the checkout process.

ii. If e-vouchers are used during a purchase, the e-points earned will be based on the final checkout total amount after voucher deductions.

iii. For products purchased at discounted or promotional prices, e-points will still be calculated based on the checkout total amount (i.e., the final price paid after discounts).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. All deliveries of physical items you purchase will be carried out under the terms of Panasonic Malaysia Sdn. Bhd (26975-W) (“PM”), its subsidiaries, affiliates (“Panasonic”), and/or delivery partners. Delivery is available only within Peninsular Malaysia and may be restricted to certain locations for operational or logistical reasons.
  2. PM will only accept orders for delivery to a valid street address within Peninsular Malaysia from residents of Malaysia. The delivery address provided at the time of order cannot be changed once the order is processed.
  3. Delivery will only commence after payment validation and PM’s issuance of a notice of acceptance. Unless a specific recipient is nominated during ordering, delivery to any person present at the delivery address will be deemed sufficient. Where a nominated recipient is specified, identification may be requested.
  4. Large or bulky items will be delivered subject to suitable access (passageways, staircases, or lifts of adequate dimensions). If access is not possible, delivery may be made to the nearest reasonable ground-floor location at your premises, which shall be deemed complete and successful.
  5. If you fail to take delivery or provide necessary access, instructions, or documentation, PM may store the product(s) at your risk and expense. After fourteen (14) days or three delivery attempts (whichever is earlier), undelivered items may be returned, and the order cancelled in accordance with PM’s refund policy.
  6. Please check the condition of the package immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product(s), refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. PM may reject refund claims for damage not recorded at delivery. Requests for product exchanges will not be entertained.
  7. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as product availability, weather, distance from warehouse, or regulatory restrictions. PM will not be liable for any delay in delivery, regardless of cause or foreseeability.
  8. If PM is unable to deliver within the stipulated timeframe, you may cancel the undelivered product(s) for a refund within forty-five (45) days of the order date, or proceed with the order based on a revised delivery date provided by PM.
  9. Title to the product(s) transfers to you upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the same time.
