1.      The e-voucher is only applicable for online purchases made via Panasonic Malaysia’s Online Store.

2.      You will receive email or SMS notification from Panasonic Malaysia’s once the e-voucher credited to your account.

3.      The e-voucher is valid for one (1) year only from the date of creation of the e-voucher. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period of the expired e-voucher. 

4.      Panasonic Malaysia shall not be held responsible if you do not redeem and utilize the e-voucher within the stipulated timeframe, for whatsoever reason.

5.      The e-voucher is not valid during a sale or in conjunction with any other discount or promotional vouchers.

6.      Multiple e-vouchers may be used in a single transaction.

7.      In the event that the value of the e-voucher used in a single transaction is insufficient to redeem the full cost of goods purchased, the balance shall be accounted and paid by you. In the      event that the value of the e-voucher used in a single transaction is more than the full cost of goods purchased, no refunds shall be given to you.

8.      The e-voucher is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, credit or any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.

9.      Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you, reject your request to utilize the e-voucher for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation where Panasonic Malaysia reasonably believes that the utilization of the e-voucher may be suspicious, illegal, involves any criminal activity.

10.   Panasonic Malaysia shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages incurred or suffered by you in the following circumstances:

o   Uncredited e-voucher due to inaccurate information; or

o   Inability to utilize the e-voucher due to lost or irretrievable password; or

o   Unauthorized utilization of the e-voucher by any persons.

11.   Panasonic Malaysia shall not be liable for the failure to credit the e-voucher into your account by reason of any Act of God, war, strike, inaccurate information given, breakdown or disruption of any internet/network connectivity or any other causes beyond Panasonic Malaysia’s control and which Panasonic Malaysia is unable to prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence.

12.   In the event Panasonic Malaysia discovers that you have overused/overutilized the e-voucher, you shall upon demand by Panasonic Malaysia pay to Panasonic Malaysia the overused/overutilized amount within seven (7) days from the date of such notice.

13.   You are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.

14.   In the event of any dispute whatsoever with regards to the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Panasonic Malaysia shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

15.   Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to revise, amend, vary and/or change the terms and conditions herein any time from time to time without prior notice.
