Corporate E-Voucher Customer Terms & Conditions 

The e-voucher is only applicable for online purchases made via Panasonic Malaysia’s Online Store also commonly referred to as Club Panasonic.

The e-voucher will be credited into the customer’s account within five (5) days upon registering an account with Club Panasonic upon registering an account with Club Panasonic.

The e-vouchers are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, credit or any other alternatives unless stated otherwise.

The e-voucher is only applicable for purchases made at the stipulated Recommended Purchase Price (RPP) and not at any discounted or promotional price.

The e-voucher is not valid to be utilized during a sale and not to be utilized on top of any birthday e-voucher, new registration e-voucher and any other campaign e-vouchers.

The e-voucher may be utilized together with the activation e-voucher and e-points (if any).

Multiple e-vouchers may be used in a single transaction, save and except for the usage of Other Vouchers.  

Where any price of a purchased product is less than the value of the e-voucher, no refunds will be given and where any price of a purchased product is more than the value of the e-voucher, the customer is required to top-up and pay the remaining balance.

Panasonic Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Panasonic Malaysia”) shall not be held responsible if the customers do not redeem and utilise the e-vouchers within the stipulated timeframe in the e-vouchers, for whatsoever reason.

There shall be no extension of time for the validity period for any expired e-vouchers. 

By agreeing to sign up as a member, the customers hereby give their voluntary consent for Panasonic Malaysia to collect, record, store/hold and process their personal data solely for the purpose thereof. The customers agree that Panasonic Malaysia reserves the right to share their personal data with the members of Panasonic Group of Companies. The customers understand that they may update, correct, change or withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data contained herein by contacting Panasonic Malaysia at Malaysia at ccc@my.panasonic.com / 03-79537606 . Panasonic Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to a customer, reject a customer’s request to utilise the e-voucher for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation where Panasonic Malaysia reasonably believes that the utilisation of the e-vouchers may be suspicious, illegal, involves any criminal activity.

Panasonic Malaysia shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages incurred or suffered by the customer in the following circumstances:

Uncredited e-voucher due to inaccurate information; or

Inability to utilize the e-voucher due to lost or irretrievable password; or

Unauthorized utilization of the e-voucher by any persons.

Panasonic Malaysia shall not be liable for the failure to credit the e-vouchers into the customer’s account by reason of any Act of God, war, strike, inaccurate information given, breakdown or disruption of any internet/network connectivity or any other causes beyond Panasonic Malaysia’s control and which Panasonic Malaysia is unable to prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence.

In the event Panasonic Malaysia discovers that a customer has overused/overutilized the e-vouchers, the customer shall upon demand by Panasonic Malaysia pay to Panasonic Malaysia the overused/overutilized amount within seven (7) days from the date of such notice.

The customers are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.

In the event of any dispute whatsoever with regards to the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Panasonic Malaysia shall be final, conclusive and binding.
