Delivery
- In addition to the price for the Products, you will also be required to pay the listed delivery charge (if any) (“Delivery Charge”) for your Order. Any Delivery Charge will be shown in your shopping cart. By placing an Order, you agree to pay the price for the Product(s) and any Delivery Charge.
- The delivery will be made to the location nominated in your Order (“Delivery Address”). A delivery will not be made to PO boxes or parcel lockers or places outside of Australia. Panasonic has the right to select the method of delivery and the carrier for each delivery to the Delivery Address. A delivery will be deemed completed when delivery of the Products has been completed at the Delivery Address. An Order may be delivered (where required) by instalments, at the sole discretion of Panasonic.
- Panasonic must receive the full payment of the price of the Products ordered and any other charges (including but not limited to delivery and freight charges) that may apply to your Order before they are delivered or supplied to you. You must pay for the Products and all charges by using the payment methods available on the Site.
- Where the Products may be delivered by instalments (eg partial deliveries), each instalment shall be determined to be subject of a separate agreement an no default or failure by Panasonic or its subcontractors in respect of any one or more instalments shall vitiate the contract of sale in respect of the Products previously delivered or in with respect to any undelivered Products. To the full extent permitted by law, in the event that Panasonic and/or its subcontractors give notice to you that it is unable to deliver any instalment of Products ordered by you, you shall be deemed to have accepted those instalments already delivered but Panasonic and/or its subcontractors may reimburse the price of undelivered Products which have been paid for by you.
- If you fail to take delivery of the Products or any part of them when they are made available to you, or fail to provide accurate instructions, consents or authorisations required to enable the Products to be delivered, Panasonic and/or its subcontractors shall be entitled upon giving written notice to you, to store or arrange for storage of the Products, and then risk in the Products will pass to you and delivery shall be deemed to have taken place. Panasonic and/or its subcontractors may pass on costs and expenses with respect to any failed delivery (including but not limited to storage and insurance charges) to you.
- Title to risk of loss and damage to the Products shall pass to you upon the physical delivery of the Products to the Delivery Address.
- Some large Products may not be available for delivery in all locations within Australia. You will be notified that your location is not covered for large Products after you have added the relevant Product to your cart and you enter/select your Delivery Address.
- Locations within Australia where Orders will be delivered, excluding any large Products, include NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS.

When your order leaves our warehouse for delivery, you will receive an email confirming your item/s have shipped and your order status will change on the Panasonic Online Shop Site to Shipment in-progress.
- Please allow for between 2-10 business days for delivery Australia Wide. A delivery will only be made during standard business hours. Pickup and collection of Products is not available.
- Various factors may affect your delivery depending upon your location, including by not limited to the impacts of weather and any restrictions due to the imposition of government regulations. Due to the impact COVID-19 has had on the supply chain delivery times may be impacted and your Order may take longer to fulfil and arrive at your Delivery Address. Further during heavy selling periods or sales periods due to high demand, delivery delays may occur. Delivery times are only estimates and shall not form part of the Sale Terms.
- Currently delivery tracking is not available from the Panasonic Australia Online Store directly. If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please send your query in writing to online@mailus.panasonic.com.au quoting your Order details for further assistance. We are here to help you between 9.00am to 5.00 pm (AEST), Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
