Unlike second-hand products sold as-is, Panasonic refurbished products go through a strict multi-point quality inspection and restoration process conducted by our certified engineers. Only products that pass all quality checks are made available for sale.

Refurbished products are offered at a reduced price because they are not brand-new. However, since every unit has been fully inspected and restored to working condition, you get Panasonic quality at a more accessible price point.

We use a grading system to clearly indicate the condition of each product:
- Grade A (Like New): No visible scratches or damage. Fully functional.
- Grade B (Good condition): Front panel clean — no dents or scratches. Minor marks may be present on sides, back, or top. Fully functional.
- Grade C (Fair condition): Visible dents or scratches on front and/or other surfaces.

Any parts found to be defective during inspection are replaced with genuine Panasonic components. The product is then re-tested to ensure it meets our performance and safety standards.

All refurbished products come with a full-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.
