Panasonic Online Store – Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Charges

In addition to the product price, a Delivery Charge (if applicable) will be added to your order and displayed in your shopping cart prior to checkout. By placing an order, you agree to pay both the product price and any associated delivery charges.

2. Delivery Address & Method

Orders will be delivered to the Delivery Address nominated at checkout.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes, parcel lockers or locations outside mainland Australia & Tasmania.

Panasonic reserves the right to determine the delivery method and carrier, and to cancel an order based on delivery location.

Delivery is deemed complete once the product has been delivered to the Delivery Address.

Orders may be delivered in multiple instalments, at Panasonic’s discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment or approved payment for the product(s), delivery, and any applicable charges must be received before dispatch. Payment must be made using the methods available on the Panasonic Online Store.

4. Instalment/Partial Deliveries

Where products are delivered in instalments:

  • Each instalment is treated as a separate transaction.
  • Any delay or failure in one instalment does not affect the validity of other instalments.
  • If Panasonic is unable to deliver a portion of your order, you will be refunded for the undelivered items.

5. Failed Deliveries

If you fail to take delivery or fail to provide accurate delivery instructions, consents or authorisations required to enable delivery, Panasonic and/or its subcontractors may:

  • Arrange storage of the product at an alternate location, with delivery deemed complete; and
  • Pass on costs & expenses relating to failed delivery (including but not limited to storage and insurance charges).

6. Risk & Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon physical delivery of the product to the Delivery Address.

7. Delivery Limitations

Some large products may not be available for delivery in all Australian locations.

You will be notified during checkout if your location is not eligible.

Standard delivery coverage includes NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, NT, and TAS (excluding large product restrictions).

Panasonic reserves the right to cancel your order if delivery limitations exist.

8. Delivery Timeframes

The following table provides an indication of the time required to process and deliver an order (counting the day of dispatch as “Day 0”):

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, government regulations, high‑demand periods (e.g., sales events), or other unforeseen factors. These factors may result in delays beyond the estimated timeframe. Delivery times do not form part of the Sale Terms. Pickup and collection of products is not available.

11. Delivery Notifications

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an SMS confirmation with tracking details.
  • Your order status will update to “Shipment in Progress” on the Panasonic Online Store.

12. Delivery Tracking & Support

Tracking is currently not available directly via the Panasonic Online Store.

Pass on costs & expenses with respect to any failed delivery (Including but not limited to storage, insurance).
